Updates and things to catch up on *NEW* musician found!!!

Progress WAS slow lately, until i finished programming my Mwin (yaaaaaay TBD )and i took care of the annoying task of a pixel font. i also finished coding the startup screen, however i'm working on the artwork (i just can't find anything right)so no picture is out yet. i also have 6 character profiles drawn, and 4 photoshopped. not too too much, but at least something to keep the game coming. i was hoping to create a demo for the summer expo, but since i had to be away from my computers because of traveling, i couldn't stand a chance TBD . plus, i'm a slow worker anyway.
Moving on, there are a lot of things i haven't mentioned in this game, so i'll catch all you readers up TBD .
Main characters include 9 people: Alice, Randel,Kima, Dmitri, Cornelier, Abby, Marcus and lydia. pics are going to be sent out in a few days don't worry.
battle is basic turn-based and turn slot. i have a mockup for the BS, yet i'd rather wait to release it until i finish coding it all together, but thats just me TBD
The commands are very simple and the same for each character: Attack, Rune Magic, Natural Magic, change player, items, and escape.
after each battle players gain EXp and EP (i'll explain EP in a sec)
Characters equip different categories of runes: Ability runes, resistance runes (like anti-poison), Bonus runes (something like counter or dual-weild) and Endurance Runes (like HP + 500)
there is a different equip slot for every rune category, all holding various amounts for each rune
abilities from runes will be under the command "rune magic". You can use EP to "extract" abilities from all the rune categories. extracted abilities will go under natural magic, where MP cost is also halved. abilities from other runes will be under the layers status, and extraction is limitless.
Finally you can create runes also using EP, and i'm theorizing on a code where players can choose abilities they want on a rune and it will be created.

JUST IN: sorry, since i just sent out a news thing i'm simply updating this one. Well i tried searching for a person to help with my video game music, and i found someone on newgrounds (don't comment TBD). His name is YanX, so go check him out TBD. now progress will run ever so much more smoothly and effectively. I might just get a demo out for Christmas TBD.
