The graphics are pretty good. I really like it. I'd say 7.5/10. I wonder, though, if some of the graphics need a bit of 'depth' to them. I know the style is 'flat', but sometimes it feels a bit too flat.

Some story elements seem a bit too convenient or the explanation was rushed. And yea, the walls of text are difficult to digest. I recommend continually revising the script and paring down the dialogue. It's great first draft material where you get your ideas out on the paper. Now you need to sculpt the words into a more streamlined version.

I had a good time trying various combinations of party members and options. I really look forward to the full version to see how it will work in a completed world. This is a game concept I've always wanted to try but never had the time or ambtion to tackle.

I found a few odd bugs here and there. There's some graphical glitches too. Don't try to equip from the menu right after the initial cutscene. Overall, nothing too annoying. 6.5/10

I played the game multiple times, but I'm sure I missed a lot of potential variable storylines. I didn't mess with the variablizer (I think that should have been integrated into the demo or you should have provided multiple files that were already set up to show different NPC responses). So, I think the length is ok. Quite a bit of replay value for such a small demo but almost too many combinations to test out without a guide or something.

Overall, this was pretty fun. As a demo, I'd say it gets a 7.5 to 8.0 out of 10 for making me want to play the final version.
I hope the game scales up to full-size ok. I can see an exponentially increasing number of options to handle, but done right, it should be a pretty fun game.
Nice job.
